A: We are a manufacturer, with R&D and high standard production workshop.
Q2: Do you have a MOQ request?
A: Normally MOQ is 300pcs, but we can do customized items in less quantity.
Q3: What is the production lead time?
A: The lead time is 3-7 working days for samples, and 10-15 working days for bulk orders, depending on styles and designs.
Q4: What is the warranty time for your products?
A: 3 years warranty for most of our products. During the warranty period, we will arrange new replacements free of charge for broken items.
Q5: Can I get OEM/ODM customized products?
A: Of course, we provide OEM and ODM services, designing and producing as per customers' requirements such as different lengths, voltages, or IP classes.
Q6: What kind of shipping methods do you use?
A: We use Sea/Air and International Express (3-7 working days) such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, and TNT.
