What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Price Term?
There is no MOQ for the first sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders exceeding 1000-2000 pieces (depending on the model), FOB terms can be applied.
Can you provide custom designs and branding?
Yes, as a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshops, we can develop products based on your requirements. Packing and logos can be customized with an MOQ of 1000 pieces per color.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery takes approximately 15-20 days. For customized packaging and branding, the delivery timeframe is 25-30 days, depending on order volume.
How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official bulk orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination port.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts over USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the remaining 70% paid before delivery. Full payment is suggested for amounts under USD 5000 to save on bank fees.
How do I charge the rechargeable picture light?
The light comes with a 4400mAh battery and a USB charging cable. Simply connect it to a standard USB power source. A dedicated indicator light will show the charging status.
