Can I have a sample order for the products?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Sample needs 15-20 days, mass production time needs 20-30 days for larger order quantities.
Do you have any MOQ limit for orders?
Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
How to proceed with an order?
Firstly, let us know your requirements. Secondly, we quote based on those needs. Thirdly, the customer confirms samples and arranges payment. Fourthly, we arrange production.
Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
