What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for the 1st sample order. Small quantities are acceptable with neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For quantities over 1000-2000 pcs (model dependent), we offer FOB Guangzhou.
Can you handle custom designs and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop. Our professional LED team can develop products based on your specific requirements. Logo and packaging customization is available for MOQs of 1000 pcs.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is approximately 15-20 days. For customized packaging and logos, delivery typically takes 25-30 days depending on order volume.
What are your shipping methods?
Small orders ship via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air flight (10-15 days). Official orders are usually shipped by sea to port or door (35-50 days depending on destination).
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For orders above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance due before delivery. For orders under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save on bank fees.
Is the battery replaceable or rechargeable?
The product features a high-capacity 4400mAh rechargeable battery. It is designed to be charged via the included USB cable for long-term use.
