What is the MOQ & Price Term?
No MOQ for 1st sample order. Small quantity is acceptable with our neutral packing. Prices are based on EXW. For orders over 1000-2000 pcs (depending on models), the price will be FOB Guangzhou. Sample orders are welcome.
Can you do customer's design and requirements?
Yes, we are a direct manufacturer with our own mold and plastic injection workshop. Our professional LED team can design and develop products as per your requirements. Packing and logos can be customized with an MOQ of 1000 pcs.
When is the delivery time?
For regular neutral products, delivery is about 15-20 days depending on quantity. For customized packing and logos, delivery takes approximately 25-30 days.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
Small orders are shipped via express (DHL, UPS, FedEx) or air, taking 10-15 days. Official orders are usually shipped by sea, taking 35-50 days depending on the destination.
What is your payment Term?
We accept T/T, Western Union, and Money Gram. For amounts above USD 5000, a 30% deposit is required to start production, with the balance paid before delivery. For amounts under USD 5000, full payment is recommended to save on bank charges.
Are your products certified for international markets?
Yes, our products come with essential certifications such as CE and RoHS, ensuring they meet the safety and quality standards required for global distribution.
